Ready to Ship item

Ready to ship items are items that have have "Ready To Ship" written next to them. Ready to ship items ship in 2-3 business days.  Delivers in 3 business days after processing.

Please note that ready to ship items and clearance items sell very randomly and very fast and inventory may still display sold out items prior to our 48 hour inventory update. If this happens in your case and you purchase a sold out ready to ship or clearannce items, you will be contacted.

Production and Shipping times for all orders except ready to ship Items.

Please allow 15-20 business days of production time before shipping. Shipping takes 2-3 days to get to your door. 

Ordering a mix of ready to ship and non ready to ship items.

Please be aware that if ready to ship items and non-ready to ship  items are ordered in a single order, the order will ship when the non-ready to ship is ready(15-20 business days). To avoid this issue, please place separate orders and have all of your ready to ship items in one order and non ready to ship in another.

Clearance items(BOGO Items)

Processing time for clearance items is 2-3 business days before shipping.

Select two clearance items of your choice and apply the code "BOGO " to get them for the price of one.

BOGO code will only work on Bogo Items, if you do not mix your cart with regular items/styles. To use this code, please only add Bogo items to your cart and check them out.

Cancellation

Diamante/Luxury styles CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed.  Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.

Important information/ Lost / Stolen Items

All orders are shipped to the mailing address you provide at the time of your order, therefore AMEKANA is NOT responsible for any Lost, Stolen items or delays with shipping. Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for any further information or sign up for text alerts on the USPS website using your tracking.

After processing, orders may take about 5-6 business days to deliver to you.

RETURNS

• Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS regarding any returns.
• We must receive the item within seven days.
• All Returns must be requested & approved.
• Please allow 3-4 business days after returns are delivered for review and store credits to be issued
• Store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed (NO REFUNDS).
• Clearance/BOGO items(Items marked as $89 ) are final sale.
• Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. 
• Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Undergarments, Accessories, Masks, Bodysuits, and swimwear are NOT eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.
• Orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned due to your event being cancelled or rescheduled
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
• Shipping fee for any rejected returns is the customer's responsibility.
• 15% restocking fee will be applied to any orders rejected upon delivery including shipping charges. 
• 13% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returned items before credit is issued.
• 20%  fee will be applied to any items returned with any rips or stains( Please make sure to try on all clothes with no fragrance or makeup)
• Store credit will be issued for any orders returned back to us by the post office for any reason whatsoever, including address issues. 
• Amekana is not responsible for shipping, reshipping  or returns fees.
• The maximum amount of returns that may be approved per order is 2.
• Returns due to personal preferences will not be accepted.
• Amekana is not responsible for damaged items in the mail.
• Amekana is not responsible for lost or stolen items 
• Shipping fees and tax are non refundable.
• There are no direct exchanges. Customers will be able to use their store credit to make their exchanges or make a different purchase as they wish.
