We are located in Florida and all orders ship from Florida. All sales are online(there's no physical store).

Ready to ship items are items that ship the same day or next day. They are ready to ship(No processing time)

No. Orders begin processing right immediately after placed so cannot be canceled.

After order processing is complete, you will be notified via text message, Facebook, and email once your order ships. However, during processing, we may need to contact you if we have additional questions regarding your order, so please be sure to make sure you include your email address in all your orders.

Amekana is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

How long is the processing time and shipping time?

Regular styles(Non diamante or luxury) need 3 business days to be processed before shipping. Once your order is shipped, it will only take 3-4 days to arrive at your door (Not including weekends) for USA and UK orders.

Processing and Shipping time for Luxury/Diamante Collection

Processing time for luxury Diamante styles is 9-10 business days before shipping. Shipping takes 2-3 days to get to your door.

Processing and shipping time for footwear collection

6-8 Business days processing time. Shipping takes 2-3 days to get to your door.

Orders are shipped via USPS which takes only about (3-4 business days arrival) not including weekends.
