We are located in Dallas Texas and all orders ship from Texas. All sales are online(there's no physical store).

Ready to ship items are items that ship out within 2 days.

No, Orders begin processing immediately they are placed, so cannot be canceled.

After order processing is complete, you will be notified via text message, Facebook, and email once your order ships. During processing, we may contact you if we have additional questions regarding your order, so please be sure to  include your email address in all your orders.

Amekana is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please conatct the post office to open a claim.

Orders are shipped via USPS which takes about (3-4 business days to arrive) not including weekends.

International orders are shipped via UPS.

Please send an email to info@amekana.com regarding any returns or order inquiry.

Select two clearance items of your choice, once you get to the checkout, the discount will be automatically calculated for you. 

Shipping is calculated by the weight of the items in your cart.

Store credit will be emailed to you after your return is received and reviewed by our returns team. The time frame is within 3 days of receiving your return. 

Store credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Once your return is processed, you will be issued an e-store credit with a code. You will need to use this code upon checkout to purchase your replacement.

For international customers, please note that you're responsible for any custom fees that may be charged at the time of delivery.

Only ready to ship items can be expedited. Please send an email to customer service(info@amekana.com) with your order number and request a shipping upgrade. Once they receive it, they will send you an invoice with the shipping upgrade balance to pay.

Once your return is processed, you will be issued a code that you will use at checkout to purchase your replacement

This happens when a payment is flagged on our end as fraud.  The customer needs to prove that the order is legitimate before it will be fulfilled by Amekana. If the paymernt is not verified by the customer, the order will be cancelled.

Simply check your return tracking number to see if has been delivered, or send an email to customer service at info@amekana.com

Unfortunately, Amekana does not make custom pieces. Our pieces cannot be customized either.

Most of our mirror dresses have protective films on each individual mirror. These films must be peeled off in order to reveal the mirror's full, blinding potential.
