By purchasing from Amekana.com, you agree to the following returns policy.
- Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS regarding any returns.
- We must receive the item within seven days.
- All Returns must be requested & approved.
- Please allow 3-4 business days after returns are delivered for review and store credits to be issued
- Store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed (NO REFUNDS).
- Clearance/BOGO items(Items marked as $89 ) are final sale.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
- Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit.
- Store credit will be provided for any remaining balance from switches.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Undergarments, Accessories, Masks, Bodysuits, and swimwear are NOT eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.
- Orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned due to your event being cancelled or rescheduled
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
- Please note that all our items go through quality control prior to shipping, therefore customers are responsible for any damages they make on their clothing, so we advise that you handle it with care.
- Shipping fee for any rejected returns is the customer's responsibility.
- 15% restocking fee will be applied to any orders rejected upon delivery including shipping charges before store credit is issued.
- 13% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returned items before credit is issued.
- 20% fee will be applied to any items returned with any rips or stains( Please make sure to try on all clothes with no fragrance or makeup)
- Store credit will be issued for any orders returned back to us by the post office for any reason whatsoever, including address issues.
- Amekana is not responsible for shipping, reshipping or returns fees.
- The maximum amount of returns that may be approved per order is 2.
- Returns due to personal preferences will not be accepted.
- Amekana is not responsible for damaged items in the mail.
- Amekana is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Shipping fees and tax are non refundable.
- There are no direct exchanges. Customers will be able to use their store credit to make their exchanges or make a different purchase as they wish.
