RETURNS POLICY
By purchasing from Amekana.com, you agree to the following returns policy.
1. Return requests and time frames

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Customer service must be contacted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery regarding any return request.

We must receive the item within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be requested and approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back.

Please allow 3 to 4 business days after the return is delivered for review and store credit to be issued.
2. Store credit only

Store credit is issued after returned items are reviewed. No refunds to original payment methods.

Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Store credit may be issued for any remaining balance from approved switches.
3. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for return and store credit, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received.

Be in original packaging with all tags and protective covers attached.
-
Have no holes, tears, rips, snags, stains, odor, missing stones, broken chains, or other damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customers will receive store credit only.
4. Non returnable and final sale items

Clearance and BOGO items, including items marked as 89 dollars, are final sale.

Undergarments, accessories, masks, bodysuits, and swimwear are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.

Orders cannot be cancelled or returned because your event was cancelled or rescheduled.

Returns due to personal preference will not be accepted.

The maximum number of returns that may be approved per order is 2.
5. Restocking fees and damage fees

Shipping fees for any rejected returns are the customer's responsibility.

A 15 percent restocking fee applies to any order rejected upon delivery, including shipping charges, before store credit is issued. This also applies to orders returned for any reason, including address issues.

A 13 percent restocking fee applies to all approved returned items before store credit is issued.

A 20 percent fee applies to any items returned with rips, stains, or similar issues, so please try on all clothing with no fragrance or makeup.
6. Shipping, loss, and exchanges

Amekana is not responsible for shipping, reshipping, or return fees.

Amekana is not responsible for damaged items in the mail.

Amekana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.

There are no direct exchanges. Customers may use their store credit to place a new order or make a different purchase.
7. Quality control, delicate garments, and defects

All items go through quality control before shipping. Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery, so please handle all garments with care.

Many Amekana styles feature chains, rhinestones, sequins, mesh, and other delicate embellishments. These designs are fragile and can be affected by pulling, snagging, sitting, or contact with surfaces, bags, or jewelry. Damage to chains or embellishments after trying on or wearing is treated as normal wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If you believe an item is defective, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and before wearing the item. We may require clear photos or videos and may request that the item be returned for inspection.

Amekana, in its reasonable discretion, will determine whether an item is defective or has been damaged through wear, misuse, or improper handling.
