SHIPPING TERMS
By purchasing from Amekana.com, you agree to the following shipping terms.
Important: Not every item on our site is a Ready To Ship item. Only products that clearly say “Ready To Ship” in the product name or description follow the Ready To Ship timelines. All other items are Pre-Order items and follow the standard production time below.
Ready To Ship Items
• Ready To Ship items are clearly labeled with “Ready To Ship” next to the product name, for example, “Angel Cloud Dress (Ready To Ship)”.
• Ready To Ship items typically ship within 2 to 5 business days after your order is processed.
• Transit time is usually 3 to 4 business days after shipping, depending on the carrier.

Inventory notice: Ready To Ship and clearance items sell very quickly. Our system may briefly show an item as available while inventory is being updated. If you purchase a sold out Ready To Ship or clearance item, our team will contact you with options.
Pre-Order Items
If a product is labeled as a Pre-Order item.
• Production time: 20 to 30 business days before shipping
• Shipping time: 2 to 4 business days after the item ships
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays
By placing an order for an item that is “Pre-Order” you acknowledge and agree to these production and shipping timelines.
Switching From Pre-Order to Ready To Ship
• Customers may request to switch from a Pre-Order style to a Ready To Ship style if they do not want to keep waiting for production.
• Any price difference will be issued in the form of store credit, not a refund to the original payment method.
• Switches are subject to availability of the requested Ready To Ship style at the time of the change.
Ordering a Mix of Ready To Ship and Pre-Order Items
• If your order contains both Ready To Ship items and Pre-Order items together, the entire order will ship together when the Pre-Order items are ready.
• This means the order will ship after the 20 to 30 business day production time for the Pre-Order items.
• To receive Ready To Ship items sooner, please place separate orders: one order for all Ready To Ship items and one order for all Pre-Order items.
Protective Covers
Some of our mirror styles arrive with a special protective cover over the mirror details. You will need to gently peel this protective layer off to reveal the full shine. It may take a few minutes, but once the cover is removed, the sparkle is at its best.
Cancellation
• All orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
• If you no longer want an item, you may follow our Returns Policy and initiate a return once your order is delivered, if the item qualifies for return under that policy.
Important Information: Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Items
• All orders are shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout.
• Amekana is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
• Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for updates, or sign up for text alerts on the USPS website using your tracking number.
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase, since address errors can cause delays or lost packages.
Holidays
• During holidays and peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays.
• Amekana is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or any other carrier.
• For transit updates, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number.
Shipping Time for UK and Other Countries, Except USA
• After processing and production, international orders usually take about 5 to 6 business days to be delivered, depending on the destination and carrier.
• Amekana is not responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
