Returns Policy

By purchasing from Amekana.com, you agree to the following returns policy.

RETURNS

Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
If orders get cancelled on special cases, store credit will be issued to the customer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS regarding any returns.
We must receive the item within seven days.
All Returns must be requested & approved.
Please allow 3-4 business days after returns are delivered for review and store credits to be issued
Store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed (NO REFUNDS).
Clearance items(Items marked as $99 ) are final sale.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Undergarments, Accessories, Masks, Bodysuits, and swimwear are NOT eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.
