Ready To Ship items

Ready To Ship items typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after your order is processed.
Transit time is usually 3 to 4 business days after shipping, depending on the carrier.
Inventory notice: Ready To Ship and clearance items sell very quickly. Our system may briefly show an item as available while inventory is being updated. If you purchase a sold out Ready To Ship or clearance item, our team will contact you with options.
Made To Order items.
Production time: 20 to 30 business days before shipping
Shipping time: 2 to 4 business days after the item ships
Business days exclude weekends and holidays
By placing an order for an item that is "Made To Order” you acknowledge and agree to these production and shipping timelines.
Clearance items (BOGO items)
Processing time for clearance items is 5 to 8 business days before shipping.
Select two clearance items of your choice, then at checkout the discount will be calculated automatically.
The BOGO code works only on eligible BOGO items. For the code to apply correctly, please do not mix BOGO items with regular items or styles in the same cart. Add only BOGO items to your cart and check them out together.
Switching from made to order to Ready To Ship
Customers may request to switch from a made to order style to a Ready To Ship style if they do not want to keep waiting for production.
Any price difference will be issued in the form of store credit, not a refund to the original payment method.
Switches are subject to availability of the requested Ready To Ship style at the time of the change.
Ordering a mix of Ready To Ship and non Ready To Ship items
If your order contains both Ready To Ship items and non Ready To Ship items together, the entire order will ship together when the non Ready To Ship items are ready.
This means the order will ship after the 20 to 30 business day production time for the non Ready To Ship items.
To receive Ready To Ship items sooner, please place separate orders: one order for all Ready To Ship items and one order for all non Ready To Ship or made to order items.
Protective covers
Some of our mirror styles arrive with a special protective cover over the mirror details. You will need to gently peel this protective layer off to reveal the full shine. It may take a few minutes, but once the cover is removed, the sparkle is at its best.
Cancellation
All orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
If you no longer want an item, you may follow our Returns Policy and initiate a return once your order is delivered, if the item qualifies for return under that policy.
Important information: lost, stolen, or delayed items
All orders are shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout.
Amekana is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
