First I must say, this company is VERY professional, this wasn’t the dress I ordered initially, I did a order that it needed to be made and I didn’t realize that was the option I choose with not much time to wait, I emailed Amekana and I kid you not, I got a response in less than 24hrs with directions of what I could do, I choose the option to order a ready to ship item instead of and I promise in less than 42 hrs my dress was shipped. I am soo happy with my purchase, I did the XS, which fit good but for me I neeed alittle bit more snug to the way how I wanted my dress, the material is very stretchy so there’s alot of room to play around with even if you size down, I made minor adjustments to mine which is not obvious, but you can see from the pictures, absolutely beautiful dress, it looks expensive and it feels even more expensive, it has some weight to it because of the rhinestones, which gives it that expensive look. Honestly I’m so happy I made this purchase.. very professional and the dress is a show stopper, I highly recommend this…

Transit time is usually 3 to 4 business days after shipping, depending on the carrier.

Production and shipping times for non Ready To Ship items
If a product does not say “Ready To Ship”, it is treated as a made to order or regular item.
Please allow 20 to 30 business days of production time before shipping for these items.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2 to 4 business days.
Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Clearance items (BOGO items)
Processing time for clearance items is 5 to 8 business days before shipping.

Switching from made to order to Ready To Ship
Customers may request to switch from a made to order style to a Ready To Ship style if they do not want to keep waiting for production.
Any price difference will be issued in the form of store credit, not a refund to the original payment method.
Switches are subject to availability of the requested Ready To Ship style at the time of the change.
Ordering a mix of Ready To Ship and non Ready To Ship items
If your order contains both Ready To Ship items and non Ready To Ship items together, the entire order will ship together when the non Ready To Ship items are ready.
This means the order will ship after the 20 to 30 business day production time for the non Ready To Ship items.
To receive Ready To Ship items sooner, please place separate orders: one order for all Ready To Ship items and one order for all non Ready To Ship or made to order items.
Protective covers
Some of our mirror styles arrive with a special protective cover over the mirror details. You will need to gently peel this protective layer off to reveal the full shine. It may take a few minutes, but once the cover is removed, the sparkle is at its best.
Cancellation
All orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
If you no longer want an item, you may follow our Returns Policy and initiate a return once your order is delivered, if the item qualifies for return under that policy.

All orders are shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout.
