Processing and Shipping time for Luxury/Diamante Collection(Non Ready To Ship)

11-15 business days to be processed and beaded before shipping. Shipping takes 2-3 days to get to your door.

Clearance items(BOGO Items)

Processing time for clearance items is 2-3 business days before shipping.

Select two clearance items of your choice and apply the code "BOGO " to get them for the price of one.

Shipping time for UK and other countries(Except USA).

After processing, orders may take about 5-6 business days to deliver to you.

All USA orders are shipped via priority mail which means that your shipment is insured up to $100. If your order gets lost or missing ,please be sure to conatct USPS to start a claim.

Returns Policy

By purchasing from Amekana.com, you agree to the following returns policy.

RETURNS

  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
  • If orders get cancelled on special cases, store credit will be issued to the customer.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS regarding any returns.
  • We must receive the item within seven days.
  • All Returns must be requested & approved.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days after returns are delivered for review and store credits to be issued
  • Store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed (NO REFUNDS).
  • Clearance items(Items marked as $99 ) are final sale.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Undergarments, Accessories, Masks, Bodysuits, and swimwear are NOT eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned due to your event being cancelled or rescheduled
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
  • 15% restocking fee will be applied to any cancelled orders or orders rejected upon delivery including shipping charges. A store credit will be issued after deductions.
  • Amekana is not responsible for shipping and reshipping fees.
  • The maximum amount of returns that may be approved per order is 2.
  • Returns due to personal preferences will not be accepted.
  • Amekana is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Shipping fees and tax are non refundable.
  • There are no direct exchanges. Customers will be able to use their store credit to make their exchanges or make a different purchase as they wish.

Love it

This dress is dark grey NOT black and the neck clasp is broken in the back. Other than that I love the dress it is see through and very tight fitted. Im 5'3 180lbs and I ordered a size Large! I received soo many compliments Will order from here again!

Use the size chart for all measurements.Order one size up for all bandage dresses.

Items with size as “One size “ fits xs to L and some XL's

Most of our diamante styles which are spandex material are also remade in Mesh material which has a lot of stretch.

Mesh materials have a lot more stretch and would fit an XL perfectly .

Bandage Jumpsuits,Sets and Tops run true to size.
